Information for performance of the contract
We will only collect and use personal information (ie name, address, e-mail address) if you enter this information in the entry field on our website or send it to us by e-mail.

The stored personal data will be used to perform the contract and process your inquiry. Upon full completion of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data will be stored with respect to tax and commercial filing periods, and will be deleted after the expiration of these periods. This does not apply if you have explicitly consented to the further use of your data.

Data for commercial communication
When ordering, your data (ie email address) for the legitimate interest of the Administrator will be used for marketing purposes. Your use of the data ends with your unsubscribe from the commercial communication. You can opt out at any time, either by sending a message to @ czechsign.com or by using the internet link provided in each commercial communication for this purpose. You can refuse the use of personal information for sending commercial messages during the order.

For the purpose of commercial communication, your personal information (email address) is used for 3 years from the last order, unless you log out during this period.

Customer account information
When you create a customer account, your data (ie name, surname, billing address, delivery address, email address) will be permanently stored in the customer database of CZECHSIGN You can request the deletion of your customer data and your customer account at any time.

Customer rating
CZECHSIGN offers you the possibility to enter your own evaluation of the products offered on the website (customer evaluation). Your customer rating will be published anonymously or. under the name you enter in the form field. In addition, you must provide a valid email address to enter a customer rating. This e-mail address is used only to contact you in case of questions about your evaluation, it will not be published or passed on to third parties.

Processing for contract performance
If necessary to execute the contract with you, we will also entrust other companies and individuals with tasks for CZECHSING. For example, we may be the shipping companies we work with.

Using subcontractors, CZECHSIGN concludes a Data Processing Agreement with them in order to protect your personal rights and fulfill your obligations to our Customers. Where the subcontractor is based outside the EU, CZECHSIGN provides the legal basis for such international data transfers based on the Privacy Shield for the USA or the standard EU contract clauses (EU Model Clauses).
We provide appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable law. We have the same requirements for our subcontractors.

Right to unsubscribe from marketing communications
You have the right to unsubscribe from marketing messages from CZECHSIGN, which can be done as follows:
